Touring with Confidence: BFGoodrich Delivers Grip, Comfort & Mileage Without the Drama
BFGoodrich Advantage Touring delivers confident braking and comfort across Malaysia’s heat and rain. Not a UHP beast, but a reliable touring workhorse that won’t let you down, unless you expect Michelin Pilot Sport magic at half the price.
DISAPPOINTING
Its not gripping the road at all when heavy rain. Same as China made tyre. Idk wats the materials made for the tyre. I think I should get my money back from the shop I bought.
Good Ballanced tyre
Reasonably quiet if you rotate every 10k, which will also extend tyre life. After about 4 years old the rubber hardens to where they can be slippery in the wet and get a bit noisier. The excellent grip and wear are worth the price if you do a lot of kms quickly. Recently sold the vehicle with 110k on the tyres and they still had another 20k left in them (I'm a mechanic and maintain tyre pressures and rotate every 10k) If you don't do a lot of km a year you'll hate them before they wear out. If you do high kilometres then well worth looking at.
Average for all
I’ve been using this tyre on my audi A4 and i’ve driven my car both casually and hard mode. Overall i can say that this tire is neither extremly good or bad in both situation. It just averagebut in a good way. The road noise is suprisingly good and I can barely hear it. When I’m cruising around on a highway this tyres shinessss a lot. It is comfy, last long, grip (on dry) and can make you feel confident on the road. However, if you want to drive fast, it lacks the grip that you wanted to. Overall i can say for a TOURING tyre. It shine as it is. For those who love to do long distance driving. I can recommend this tyre a lot.
Very comfortable and quiet mid-priced touring tyre
I purchased these based upon research that suggested they would be biased more towards ride comfort than outright handling and tractive capabilities. The tyres have certainly delivered nicely on the comfort front however I was also surprised at how quiet they are compared to my previous two sets of tyres (I was not expecting any difference). As for handling, there is a very small compromise in terms of very slightly more understeer on high speed curves however most drivers would likely not even notice this - and as mentioned the payoff is the better ride comfort. But conversely, the previous two sets of tyres would produce bump oversteer on the rear axle when both wheels were traversing over the very same (significant) bump simultaneously. Whilst this may be inherent to some degree with (the very common these days) torsion bean rear ends, I no longer notice this annoying issue with these tyres. All in all I would happily buy again if I was looking in the mid-tier price range for a touring car tyre. Keep in mind however that this review is for the Australian version of the Advantage tyre and from what I understand, compared to the UK / European version, the Australian version has one extra ply in the sidewall (so two plies instead of one).
Great good balance fantastic
Great tires and good balance
wet handling and break is worst
not recommend

I am a new user for this tyre. Friend recommended this tyre as it is now manufactured similar quality to Michelin brand. I am still a new user of the tyres and I may not be able to recommend to friends and family
